So i was in the airport this weekend and i was perusing through the liquor store, surprise surprise since everything revolves around fruity cognac, and naturally i am drawn to the Alize section. I was hoping to pick up a bottle or two of the sunset passion but oh no....something caught my eye. Next to the Alize and Hynotiq (another alize-like drink) was a drink labeled "SIZZURP". Now i have never actually tried this before but i have heard in referenced in various songs including the fabulous "Sippin on Sizzurp" song but i have NEVER seen this before. Needless to say i bought a bottle and cant wait to taste it. I would be more than willing to have a group tasting if anyone is interested....let a Prince$$ know.... |

Oh Prince$$, you know I'm in! I heard that it's made by Cam'ron, and, as we all know, any liquor created by rappers has to be good. Come on now, just look at how often Alize is mentioned! |

I agree. Perhaps we should include paper bags, new, ghetto names and a low rider as well. |

This drink was pretty good....Its no Alizé (but what is!!)...its totally ghetto and gets a 8.5 out of 10 for the bottle. I really love the fact that the first ingredient is "liquor". It doesn't say what kind...just "liquor"....soooo ghetto. |

This drink really has the potential to hurt someone. It was the "liquor" that put me over the edge...it could really really hurt your feelings if you let it. The purple punch liquer rates high in my books. Its not Alize but it is a good runner up. I intend to try this drink again but not without close supervision. |

I have to say I enjoyed Sizzurp. Though I do think next time we drink it we will need some styro-foam cups and maybe some three 6 mafia playin in the backround. Thats whats up!!! |
